The hotel had excellent staff members.

Convenient location. Clean and attractive complex.

We were very disappointed that the swimming pool was out of commission during our entire stay. One of the features that we looked for when selected a hotel was the swimming pool. It was in the 90's both days and we would have greatly enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Early check out---1000A. They stated that they would charge extra if we stayed longer.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was convenient. We enjoyed having the sitting room as well.

It's not even that this is a dislike, but more of an inconvenience. There was no wall between the shower/tub and bedroom, which made sharing the space with my mother-in-law a bit awkward. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Stunningly beautiful and convenient hotel in an extra comfy area next to Very close to restaurants, and Williamsburg for 18 years. Excellent staff; easy check in. The rooms with a nice decor. Perfect location to a public research university.

Location, having fridge and microwave.

It had an awful smell. It felt dirty. I had to wash out tub before use and the smell wouldn't go away.

I like the room, the stuff, and the location.

The price is not competitives, and with no free Wifi.

The location is great, just a short drive from attractions, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. However, there was no daily cleaning service, which left us without enough towels and toilet paper. Overall, a decent stay, but some improvements in housekeeping would enhance the experience.

The amazing staff, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby parks and attractions like the DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum which is just over 2 km away. I loved how close we were to great dining options like The Cozy Patio Bistro, only a few steps away was nice, but the room could use a little updating.

The situation

The air conditioner in our room was leaking, the carpet was wet. We reported it to the reception, they sent a technician to repair the leak but it has not been offered a room change. We stayed with the wet carpet. Not very professional

Units with a view. Location: the hotel was near to Williamsburg from now on and restaurants, historic Williamsburg.

There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations.

Perfect for families escaping the chaos

We stayed in a Colonial Double Queen Guestroom, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff really stood out too, they were genuinely friendly and got us set up right away, even with a last-minute request for extra towels.

It wasn't the most affordable option, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I loved the charming colonial decor throughout the resort. The spacious common areas and easy access.

Improve housekeeping and maintenance attention.
